Do you accept pets?
The majority of our rentals do not accept pets. The properties that do require a $250 non refundable pet fee and the pet must weigh less than 25lbs. -
How much are the deposit for utilities?
Keys Energy Service for electric service requires a $125.00 deposit.
Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority for water requires $75.00 deposit and $15 connection fee. -
How much should I expect to pay for property per month?
The pricing of an apartment is subjective; therefore, many variables can affect how an apartment gets priced. Such as pool, condo vs house, etc.
Studios & one bedrooms $1,000-$1,400 two bedrooms $1,500-$2,100 three bedrooms $1,800-$2,500 4 bedrooms $2,800-$3,500 -
I did not have a pet when I moved in; may I have a pet now?
First, email your Property Manager of your request for a pet. Do not move a pet into the property without permission or you will be penalized $500. Key West Residential Property Management will contact the owner and submit your request. If the owner does allow the pet, an increased security deposit and fee will be required and a pet addendum must be signed. -
What are the costs associated with moving into an property?
First month rent, Last month rent and $1,000.00 security deposit. -
When I move out, what do I need to do to receive my full security deposit back?
We advise that you remove all personal belongings and clean the house thoroughly including floors, walls, trim, windows, bathrooms, counters, cabinets, appliances. All carpets should be shampooed. Gutters should be cleaned out. The roof should be free of leaves and debris. If you are responsible for lawn maintenance, then the grass and hedges need to be trimmed to a reasonable height and all beds should be free of weeds. We ask that all damages be repaired by a licensed contractor that is approved by Key West Residential Property Management.
